Customer service policy

Tallarook Hotel commits to provide good customer service and quality products. We try to ensure all products on our website are in stock and pricing is true and correct unless otherwise noted. If an ordered item is unavailable or we’re unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative, backorder or refund.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased on the website:
• can be redeemed at the bar and bistro
• are non-refundable
• are not redeemable for cash
• cannot be replaced if lost/stolen
• must be enitrely redeemed when used
• expire 3 years from purchase date
• cannot be used for Merch orders

Extensions cannot be granted to gift cards.


All transactions are processed in AUD.

Credit card payments are processed securely through third party payment processors (Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective processor. Upon completion of your payment we will email you a receipt. We are not able to access your credit card details. Goods will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared.

All prices are in AUD and do not include postage. Postage prices are a flat fee within Australia.

Neither Tallarook Hotel nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives, or the developer, internet service provider or carrier of the website, are liable for damages arising out of or in connection to the use of Tallarook Hotel’s website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.


We offer flat rate shipping on orders, Australia wide.

Once an order is received and payment has cleared, all orders are processed and are ready for dispatch within 3 business days. Products are shipped Monday to Friday and only after confirmation of payment.

Orders may take longer to dispatch following public holidays, sales and peak times (eg. xmas).

All orders are shipped through Australia Post and take 3-7 business days to arrive (following dispatch), depending on location and potential postal service delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to your nominated phone number or email address. Please ensure all fields are filled out with your order (phone number and email address) to receive tracking information.

If your order is returned to sender (Tallarook Hotel) due to failure to collect your order from your local post office or pick up point, you will be charged additional fees to have it returned to us (minimum $15 and depending on your location) and an additional shipping fee to have it sent back to you. Tallarook Hotel is not responsible for wearing the cost of shipping in this instance.

Returns and refunds

We ask that you consider your choice before completing an order, as we do not provide refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You are entitled to a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.

Orders are securely packed and shipped through Australia Post. On the rare occasion your parcel is damaged during delivery, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
